Small Group Training  (group of max 4 people)

 

Training together is always more fun. You can motivate each other or pull each other to the gym. The advantage of our Small Group Training is that a trainer explains your exercises and corrects you while you are doing them. You learn to train injury-free and you are guided towards your goals. So you always know what to do during your training.

 

The training is a combination of strength and conditioning. For the strength part we use equipment like machines, dumbbells and sandbags. For the conditioning part we use battle ropes, medicine balls and fit-boxing. Besides our focus to get you better at moving (repeating exercises) we do like to challenge you and keep it interesting (never the same training).

 

We try to have as much as we can fixed groups so that you really are able to create fun connections with the other persons, which makes the training more fun and have a lot of support from each other. So there is definitely a social aspect besides working hard.

 

Once a month we also have a full hour of coaching to make sure you stay on track with your goals. We do your measurements (when you want) and each time we address a certain topic, to give you more information about nutrition, recovery, stress management or training intensity.

 

At the moment the small group lessons are on:

- Monday 18:30 - 19:30

- Wednesday 18:30 - 19:30

- Friday 18:00/18:30 - 19:00/19:30*

*(ladies only + fit boxing), will start per Friday 05 September 2025.

 

When more people join then we make new groups.
