Workshop for the beginning or semi-experienced strength training athlete!


Are you thinking about starting with strength training? Or are already training but feel like you want to see more progressionThen our workshop on Sunday 28th of Januari will be something you want to join! (English spoken)

Our goal for the workshop is for you to leave with more knowledge and confidence for your future trainings.

We will address the following topics:

  • Training
  • Nutrition
  • Mindset


Important items:

* We will have both theory and practical parts and will vary them. Good for your focus!

* Maximum number of participants is 8 people so that you receive a lot of attention during the training elements.

* Drinks and healthy snacks are provided.

Possibilities to change clothes (and shower) and make sure you have clean sports shoes.
