Personal Training (1-1 or 1-2 DUO training)
Are you looking for guidance with working on your overall physical health?
With our 1 on 1 sessions or DUO sessions we will get the most out of your training each time. Get to your maximum efforts for that day so that you will leave the gym feeling happy, accomplished and most likely tired or with more energy. It all depends on what you have to give and how we can use it as efficiently as possible.
During our training sessions we will look into ways to work on your goals but also to improve your overall health. You will learn about breathing patterns, mindset during a training, how to push yourself or when to listen to your body. Because it’s very important that you also build your knowledge on how to take care of yourself.
